For over three decades, the Economic Analysis of British Columbia has been a highly respected source of information providing authoritative, non-politically biased economic analyses and insights on a wide variety of international, national and local issues affecting the provincial economy. The Economic Analysis of British Columbia is widely read by members of parliament, members of the legislative assembly, business people, and the media. In 2010, the Economics Department launched an inaugural issue of the Economics Analysis of Ontario.

An in-depth monthly report from Helmut Pastrick, Chief Economist, forecasting where interest rates are heading with an assessment of the key economic, financial and policy factors shaping those trends. Contains updated Interest, Deposit, Lending and Bank Rate Forecasts.
The Regional Labour Markets reports provide the most recent data on labour force, employment and unemployment trends in BC & Ontario (including sub-provincial regions), together with commentary on current market conditions.
The Coincident Economic Index (CEI) provides a summary measure of the current level and velocity of the economies of British Columbia and Metro Vancouver. Estimates of economic growth provide a benchmark to gauge performance and compare well-being over time and place.
