We celebrated innovation with the launch of Canada’s first authenticated voice banking with Amazon’s Alexa and with payroll integrated into day-to-day banking for our clients’ vital small business customers.
We’re wearing our values on our sleeves by joining more than 2,000 organizations worldwide who have committed to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing.
Our drive to make the Canadian credit union system even better continued apace with modernizing Canada’s secure payments system and launching an integrated Treasury portal. We also helped clients grow their membership through Get Your Share, boosted best practices for member retention, and collaborated with Canadian Credit Union Association to streamline cooperation across the country.
