Central 1’s digital banking platform will provide a range of self-service and mobile features to meet the changing needs of Crosstown Civic Credit Union’s 31,000 members. MemberDirect® is Canada’s premier outsourced direct banking solution, used by over 240 credit unions and other financial institutions.

The platform integrates with services such as Interac e-Transfer, which lets members send or receive money via a mobile phone or computer to anyone with a Canadian bank account, and Deposit Anywhere™, launching later this summer, which makes it easy to deposit a cheque with a quick photo on your mobile phone.
