Kathy Parslow joined Central 1 in 2021 and leads the corporate services division, playing a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic vision, organizational design, and culture.  

Kathy brings more than two decades of corporate leadership experience, including several senior executive roles at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC).  

She holds Master Business Administration (MBA) from Simon Fraser University, a Master of Arts (MA) from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in history and Canadian studies from the University of Ottawa.
