How to download account activity to Quicken or QuickBooks
If you already bank online, follow these steps:
- Go to your financial institution’s website and login to Online Banking
- Click on Account Activity. Select your accounts and date range.
- Set your Activity Format to “Download to Quicken” or “Download to QuickBooks” and click Submit.
- Depending on your computer’s settings, your account activity will either import automatically into Quicken/QuickBooks, or you will have to save and import it manually.
How to register for online banking
If you do not bank online, contact your financial institution to register for online banking. After setting up your online bank account, follow the steps above to download your account activity to Quicken/QuickBooks.
