Market Research

Credit unions need to be aware of competitor actions in pricing, products, service delivery and marketing initiatives to compete and succeed. The market research that we conduct and deliver is key for our clients to stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.

Any credit union in Canada can purchase our research as an individual study or as part of larger packages.

We develop and deliver:

  • Central1 BoardroomBenchmarking surveys to gather and analyze data from participating credit unions and provide comparative information to subscribers.
  • Mystery shops, which are carried out at Canada’s major banks and other major competitors to determine how products and services are being delivered.
  • Member satisfaction surveys, which are conducted at individual credit unions on a contract basis.
  • Financial service reviews to analyze a credit union’s products and services within its unique competitive environment. Using that data, we assess the organization’s service offering to identify gaps and opportunities, while providing recommendations for service enhancements or additions.
  • Research consulting services for projects at individual credit unions.
