This summer Central 1 hosted Women in Tech, an event to bring together women in Vancouver who work in the technology centre. On Women in Tech: “I love how it creates opportunities, relationships and brings together communities of talented women across Vancouver. When I started my career these were the types of events that supported me in my journey – where I received mentorship and met good friends. Now I’m able to be a mentor and I’m proud to be involved in creating events that open career possibilities for other women.”
