In 2019, we celebrated many milestones for Central 1, our champions, clients and the Forge tribe. For those of you who don’t know, the Forge slogan is “digital banking re-invented”, and we finally saw this come to life last year. By the summer of 2019, we launched all three Forge Retail products into market – the public website, mobile banking app, and online banking capabilities. This was a very impressive achievement that came to fruition in just eighteen months, and I want to take a moment to recognize these milestones and all that the Forge tribe has achieved. This achievement also couldn’t have happened without strategic collaboration with our champions and clients. What started as a need for credit unions and financial institutions to embrace digital technology has transformed into ground-breaking work that supports each client to offer more to each of their members. We’ve been able to accomplish this through strategic collaborations and a thorough understanding of the needs of our clients from years of service as a credit union central.
