Central 1 launches Canada’s first Treasury Knowledge Centre for credit unions

Vancouver B.C., April 5, 2022 – Central 1 is excited to launch the Treasury Knowledge Centre, a one-stop resource available to all Central 1 treasury members and clients and the first of its kind in Canada for credit unions. The Treasury Knowledge Centre provides access to the latest market insights and trends, treasury product knowledge and training, education resources and news updates. The online resource directly addresses the needs of Central 1 members and clients and the gaps identified in the current marketplace.

Other features include access to up-to-date trading desk commentary, such as market movement and triggers, mortgage funding updates, economic analysis and highlights on Securitization, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and Derivatives markets. The latest news from Central 1 is also available, along with resources to support treasury leaders to make informed decisions and training material for their team. 

The Treasury Knowledge Centre is powered by the Central 1 Treasury Services & Solutions Team who bring decades of expertise and experience to the platform. The team is readily available to support Central 1 members and clients and their liquidity needs with products, services and guidance.
